Diversified Group My Flex is developed by Diversified Group. The application serves as a centralized platform for participants to manage their consumer-driven healthcare and other tax-advantaged benefit accounts.

• Same username/password as Diversified Group Portal (no need to register your mobile device; simply download, login, and access).
• Access to account balances and detailed information.
• Capability to upload claims and submit receipts.
• View recent transactions and specifics.
• Receive email and SMS alerts directly in the application.
• Contact the administrator via email or mobile phone through the mobile application.
• Enhanced authentication features such as Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and Challenge questions.
• View Profile Details, Dependents, Card Details, and Card PIN.
• Register new users from the mobile device.
• Possibility to edit and update billing addresses, report lost or stolen cards, order replacement cards, attach provider names to newly submitted claims, and pay providers directly from the app.
